Hardware problem

Hello,

My computer beeps when the computer is turned on. There is no display in monitor. The beep sound repeats in the interval of 5-8 sec. I removed the ram and installed again but still beeps. I have two Ram installed. Each ram is of 128 Mb. I tried with single ram but still beeps. Can you pleas tell me what the problem is. Thanks.
