How to repair a transend 8gb hubroot prob. ?

Hello,



frnds i purchase a 8gb transend pen drive .I have prob. with hub root when i plug in the usb port they show that the "WINDOWS DOES NOT SUPPORTED"message. plzz solve this......................................
