Network setup of 8 computers

Hello, am having a problem with my computers at my shop.
i installed windows xp service park3 on all the 8 computers and i wanted them to be shared. so that i will be able to view/copy, paste and even use fiels from another computer. but have tried everything to share it. but i cant. i need my server to see all the computers on network so that i will be able to do all i want.

i have to printers also attached to pc i use as the server. one is a HP deskjet d1663, and a hp Laserjet p1005, i want to share them on the network but have failed. any help rendered to me will be high appreciated.
