My c drive is not open

My work is ventura publishing software

all files ventura

My all data in c drive and c drive is not open the message "The access is denied"

:But other computer attach the hard disk no response and show the all drive but c drive is not open other drive is proper open.

plz solve my problem quickly.

C drive is window 98 and drive is window xp service pack 2
