Hello,

i juz bought a my samsung corby with wifi last sunday but last night while im playing my phone suddenly became blurred and it does not display anything.and this morning i returned my phone to the store where i bought it and they said that they will repair it because its still covered the by the 1 yr warranty service but the problem is i can get it for 1-2weeks.i hate it!

Hi there,

There is no solution except this one,else if you want it to be repaired by someone else then your warranty will be void as well as you will be charged for reparation,

but i suggested to the saleslady that if they can replace it with the same brand and same unit but they answer is no.do you i have the right as a customer to ask for a replacement???
