Phone nokia 2730 classic usb

Hello,






Whenever i connect my nokia 2730 classic set with my laptop it say no response from host ,even though my usb port is ok .Also i am not able to connect my Laptop in any mode i.e Pc suite or data storage mode whta shoul i do...

Please confirm whether you are using its PC Suite to carry out the specific task.
