Hello,

when i need to call the keypad on screen cannot be touch even to unlock where there is a message that ' press the hold on key '...pls advise.. my mobile is newly bought.

Hi there,

You did not calibrate the mobile phone touchpad,get to the seller and request to reset it for you else if another issue with it ask for replacement.
