Hello,
If i copied the movie in my acer laptop, i ahev given the option to open with acer player but no volume, only when i can insert the cd, then only i can watch or else it no volume, and also if try to open with windows media player which i have another movie player in that also no volume, please heplp, i have tried with all possibilities,

You're experiencing a codec problem.

Either you have nothing capable of playing the audio (if I understand you right) or the entire codec is incorrect and it's trying to play it anyway.

I'd downoad the k-lite pack so you can be sure to correctly play any file format of video on your computer.
