Hello, 



My cousin has sent Virgin Mobile - LG Rumor Touch No-Contract Mobile Phone - Black from states, however this being a CDMA phone, I cannot use until and unless I have it unlocked. Can I unlock this phone and use in India

Yes you can have the mobile phone unlocked in whatever location you are on the map provided you have the ownership receipt of the handset,get to a repair center or to the sim card which you will be using network provider they will do needful for it.
