Hello,
Try this 1
1) Right-click on "Internet Explorer" ---> Properties ----> Click on "Security" tab
----> Adjust your security level by moving the slider.
If the problem still exits then
2) Right-click on "Internet Explorer" ---> Properties ----> Click on "Advanced" tab
----> Scroll down for the "Security" section ----> uncheck the option "Check for
server certificate revocation" if its selected.
3) Also check your system date & time.
