Hello,
First make sure that webcam drivers are installed in your laptop or you can
download the drivers for your webcam from the manufacture website. Click
on the below link to download the drivers.

Then to select your webcam in "Yahoo Messenger", login with your username and
password and follow the below instructions.
Click on "Messenger" ----> Preferences ---> At left side, click on "Webcam" option
---->Click on "Camera Source" button --> Set your webcam as default from the
drop down menu. Then click on "Camera Settings"-->Adjust the settings.
