Hello,
I recently secured my mom's router with a password, on my laptop. (not her desktop)
I was using the wireless fine until the firmware was updated on the router. And now the laptop is not recognizing her wireless.(still recognizes neighbors) I tired multiple times to reset the router and just have her on unsecure wireless. And it is still no recognizing her wireless. I have rebooted my laptop multiple times also. Could anyone give me a clue?
Thanks for you time!
Lara

Hello,

When you reset your router, it will clear all the settings that you have configured

in the router. Login into your router configurating page and check the SSID and

the security key etc

Also go to wireless properties in your laptop and check SSID and the security key,

it should match with your router's SSID and security key.

Good Luck.
