My sims cheat bar wont come up on sims 2Closed

Hello, 

My cheat bar on sims 2 double duluxe wont work.It just takes pictures. 
Please help as my friend is coming over today to play on it with me.

Best answer: hi, try this: Go to the start menu, search for HP Health Check, right click and go to properties, click the short cut tab, and then go down to the short cut window. The short cut for this program is also ctrl+shift+c, so just change it..
