Sims 2 Double deluxe wont install

Everytime I try to install it the downloading goes to 37% then stops and a pop up says I have to retry or cancel. PLZ!!! HELP it works on my moms computer but not mine! I have all the requirements such as windows XP
Sims 2 DOUBLE DELUXE!!

Try some different downloader like IDM and it also dosen't work then itx the error in ur registry which do not allow that file to download so use reginout to keep ur registry clean from registry errors it will automatically solve it
