Date and Time Properties is loss or off

Hello,
I have a problem about system date and time properties of my computer is loss or it's off. This problem make I can not edit date or time to be true. Please help me.... thanks.

I'am sorry, my true problem that date and time in the right taskbar can not change! Please help me.... how can I do it. thanks

Even I am facing the same problem of not able to change my system date.
Pls help me in changing my system date.Bcos of this problem , am not able to login into yahoo or any websites.Pls help me its very urgent,Thanks in advance
