My computer is slow

Hello,
how do i make my computer faster. since i put my msn messager on its got really slow and i cant get i faster. i had the old msn messager but i have the new 1 too but the new 1 has made my computer really slow. please wb guy xx

Go to Start > Right click on My Computer > Click Properties.

The last item above the support information button. How much Ram does it say you have?
