My BSNL wireless Huwei does not connect.

Hello,

My BSNL wireless Huwei does not connect. error message says "a remote computer has stopped the application before it can be started"

Please guide me wot is the problem and wot i have to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there any error number displayed with the message ?
