How to set up WD My Passport for PC?

Hello,

I initially used the WD My Passport for Mac. It worked well. Now I want to use it for PC. I've erased all the data in the hard drive. When I plugged it into the USB of my PC the smart ware was recognized, but nothing happens when I click "set up drive". An error message just pops up saying that no writable disk is recognized.

Can anyone please help me?

You will need to reformat the hard dive.

I suggest you try the Western Digital site:
