How to get computer to read Sony Walkman mp3

My computer only recognizes about 10 songs out of 100s on my Sony Walkman, how do I sync and create playlists if I can't get the computer to pull up the songs in content transfer or windows explorer??

Have its driver installed on system by using its initial driver cd ,or you can also download it using the link below from its manufacturer official website:
