DVD player not working

Hello,

I have a dell desk top with the DVD player only recognizing some disk. And even the one it does will play for a bit they will skip and freeze up. It will not recognize a DVD clearer disk either. Anything I can do or just replace it? Thanks Tim

Hi there,

Try cleaning its lens else definitely needs replacement of the drive.
