HP Laptop no sound from headphone, but there is sound

Dear Nagaraj,

Please get the issue confirmed by checking whether the headphone is not damaged by plugging it to another PC.

Hi there,

Get the headset tested another system or an mp3 player ,also do test another headphone on laptop to know if the input has not been damaged by forcing the port.
