i have some important message that i deleted and i deleted from the trash too so now can you tell me how i can get those mails ans its really important
Hi there
I hope you might be able to help :)
I deleted emails that I had sent from my sent items and then proceeded to delete them from deleted items and also out of the ''Recover"items.
Is there any way that I can get those emails back?
They were sent to my Hotmail email address but never arrived (and I deleted them before they did - stupid!)
I'd appreciate any help you can offer
Thanks
Nicky

wow so you hard deleted the hard deleted items! :) i know that the exchange server usually is setup to hold deleted items for a number of days, so even if you delete them they are kept for a while. but deleting them from the recover section as well...im not sure. if you are part of an office using microsoft exchange server then maybe your IT guy can get them back for you..you need someone with administrator access to do it.
if you have access to the server then you need to do this. enter this link in explorer replacing servername, alias and inbox with the appropriate ones for your case. but you need to be able to enter your username and password
http://servername/exchange/alias/inbox/?cmd=showdeleted

never mind, i figured it out.
http://servername/exchange/alias/inbox/?cmd=showdeleted
will open OWA which has the retained deleted items for the default number of days.

Thanks ramicyprus!! You're a genius! I knew deleted items were saved on my server for 7 days but could not figure out how to restore them. My client had deleted all the email in his Inbox somehow and was in a panic. Your solution was so simple. 5 minutes after reading your post I had all his email restored. Thanks!!

Hi Alan,
my issue was with hard deleted emails from outlook. the previous post sorted it out. for normal deleted items im not really sure how to recover them. there are a few programs out there that can recover deleted items, even if they were emptied from the trash bin. you can research those as an option.
cheers,
ramicyprus

Yes you can recover all the deleted files using Kernel Undelete data recovery software without wsting any more time. because delay leads to overwriting of data and less chances of recovery.

Photos can be successfully retrieved from a memory card - however there is a catch. When you delete a photo, you really just tell the camera/computer to act like it isn't there. The actual bits in memory aren't changed to delete it (there is software you can get to actually delete them, but its usually completely unnecessary).
I think you need to try any file recovery software.
