Conditional formatting

Hello,

I am trying to colour code two different cells with the same colors.
2010 2011
Q3 Q4 Q1
July Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec
40 -12 1 173 185 495
-591 1465 1325 1220 1179 1092
-59 -305 -375 -427 -447 -490

I am trying automate colour coding reflecting changes made in % cell. let say September value% will change from 100% to 50%(mean colour change from green to red) then bottom values in pcs will be colour code automatically to red.

Could you please upload a sample EXCEL file WITH sample data, macro, formula , conditional formatting etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc A N D post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
