Bluetooth problem in pc using win7 ultimate

Hello,


I use win7 ultimate in my laptop , I can send files from my laptop to mobile via bluetooth but when I try to send file of 1 MB or more than that from mobile to laptop via bluetooth the sending is displayed on screen of laptop and suddenly process is stoped displaying message is displayed on laptop "file transfer stoped by bluetooth enabled computer" "windows can not transfer some files"
I can send images but can't send videos from mobile to laptop.
I tried this using different phones but every times above message is displayed on screen of laptop.

please give me solution............
