Dear Rigzin,
Please confirm whether there is no virus or trojan that is resulting in such difficulties. Also check in the Language Bar whether there has not been any alternative language set up.

Same with me, i had to use a different laptop just to look this stuff up! it worked fine Yesterday and when i woke up and tried to use it, it just decided it didn't want to work properly....annoy isn't it? anyway if i could get more info than saying its a virus that would be very helpful

it's the problem with your keypad i think....you should make repare this or use another external key board and if it's important to use key board this time you can use on screen key board....
