How to Recover Deleted gmail

Hello,

I was just browsing the email and clicked on the link to open the email and suddenly the whole link for that mail thread was lost. I checked with search, trash, and also sent mails but I could not find it anywhere. How is it possible to recover those mails and I am sure I didn't deleted them. It was just in this morning. I would really appreciate your help.
