I am deleting the Excel files through LAN co

hello,
I am deleting the Excel files through LAN connection from onther system its very important data's how i can recover the dox, anybody can help on this

Please provide more information about the matter so that we get to help you appropriately. You should normally obtain the deleted files in the Recycle Bin.

halo ,

thanks for ur information. but actually happened we have the LAN connection am working with server throgh network places. So am deleted the files from my system but the original files stored in another computer. I can operate both system thorugh lan. now both system recycle bin dont have the deleted files. thts y the pblm. can you advise me a solution. CAn I get the files? All files are in excel work sheet

txs 4 ur information. But actually happened deleted the files by my computer through the network from another system. Now both system recylwe bin dont have the dleted files. am delted two folders in contained the excel work sheet. can get it? if have any solution?
