Hello, how can i get my screen back as the writting is the same size as my laptop and cant scroll up or down

try right clicking on an empty area of the desktop and selecting properties. Then you can change the screen resolution.

the sreen is blue and i cant get to anything to click

can you press F8 repeatedly after you turn on the laptop and get into "safe Mode"?
