"Not responding" message when using my browsers---Internedt explorer and firefox.

Dear Jean,

Please confirm that your connection is correct and then remove the application and get it reinstalled. If ever it was working before, you can also carry out a system restore to get the problem fixed. Actually, there might be some missing or corrupted files causing such trouble.
