Hello,
I would like to copy contents (text) of cells from column A in Sheet1 to Sheet2 if for each row in Sheet1 the cell fill colour is RED in column B (I have used conditional formatting based on a selction from a list which may vary from cell to cell so the cell colour is the easier unique condition). The copied rows (cells in column A) will obviously need to be copied onto successive rows in Sheet2 and can start from A2, A1 containing a heading. I use Excel 2003.
Many thanks

As far as I know, you will not be able to get the information based on color that comes into picture due to conditional format. One work around would be instead of having the formula in the conditional format, have it in some column and then you can use that cell for both conditional format and copy
