Printing Envelopes --> blank page

Hello,
I've printed envelopes in 2007 and rely heavily on it. However, I only get a blank page from envelopes in Word 2010. Other pages print fine. Is this happening to others?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the ink catridge is not empty and should be replaced.

That was your answer, check to see if there is ink? Why not suggest checking to see if the computer is on?
