Hello,

I am receiving my hotmail messages on my PC in mobile phone format and I have over 1000 messages to sift through. How Can I revert it to PC . I have tried to contact hotmail but to no avail.

Dear Sir,

Please explain clearly what you mean by mobile phone format. If you want to change its format simply get to Options at the top right of the window.
