No sound on Vista with realtek hd audio

Hello,



Pls help ! My device manager shows that sound is working but I cannot hear any sound either from the headphone or speaker.I unistalled and reinstalled the drivers.Tried microsoft automated fix it.checked to see if sound is muted in control panel ,sound.Even on sys tray everything seemingly looks okay except no sound.

Pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
