G330 Logitech headset doesn't work anymore!

Hello,
I bought a G330 Logitech headset and it was working fine for most of the month, I unplugged it by accident once today and it seems it no longer works.
I'm using an Acer and running Vista (terrible, I know.) and i'm restored my system and etc.
It just WONT recognize it.
If you could help it would be GREAT.

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether the headset is not faulty by connecting it to another device and indicate for further help.

I'm having this same problem, it got yanked out like it has many times, but this time the computer isn't recognizing it, it has both usb or direct plugins, tried both, neither work. Plugged it into my tv and it's working just fine.
