Kicked out of wireless

Hello,

Whenever anyone in the neighborhood signs on or off their wireless, we are kicked out of our system. It really becomes a problem when I notice that unsecure networks do this. Is there anything that we can do to stop this problem. Our system is secured. It's very frustrating that this happens. thank you for your time in advance.
