Excel formula help

Hello,

I have the following problem and need someone to help me solve it.
I want to concatenate items in column A, but it must only concatenated for deferent column H codes. Then it must concatenate in Column b ( worksheet 2 ) next to Column A ( worksheet 2 ) that contains the list of all codes

Worksheet 1
A H
2 A001
16 A001
30 A001
11 A006
2 B002
27 B002

Worksheet 2

A B
A001 2 & 16 & 30
A002 -
A006 11
B002 2 & 27

WORKSHEET 2 COLUMN B MUST CONTAIN THE FORMULA AND THE ANSWER THAT I WANT

I am not so sure if you can do it a formula only. Is there a reason that you dont want to use a macro ?
