Buffalo hardrive mac to pc please help me

Hello,
please can someone help me im desperate i have a baffalo hard drive which i have saved my photos on, i went to develop them with the hard drive and the photo shop assistant said it wont read the because they where saved from a MAC and machines at photo shop are PC's can anyone help me please please please

You need to format the hard drive in FAT32. Then both PCs and Macs can read/write to the drive. This site might help. Please note that formatting will erase all data on the hard disk.
