Transfer phone numbers from nokia to iphone4

Hello,

I need to get my phone numbers from my Nokia6500 and put them on to my new iphone 4
trouble is the sim is a different size.
I know they could probably do it in the apple store, but I'm sure somebody out there knows how to do it on my pc

This transfer is not possible for the fact that the different applications that have been used are not compatible.
