Hi there,
Open run and type msconfig.msc,when window opens go to startup tab and select all,on general tab select normal startup,press on apply>ok and restart machine,

Try following:
- You could also check the wireless adapter driver status, make sure it works well.
- Once you have activated wireless adapter, ping 127.0.0.1 (loopback) and you should get reply if it works well.
- You could check out these wireless network troubleshooting tips for more ideas too.
