Facebook games wont load risk warning

Hello,

i recently tried to get on farm town on face book but it wont load then at top of my page underneath favourites a pop up comes up saying my security settings are putting my computer at risk but somebody mentioned install activex control or adobe flash but it wont let me it says the address is invalid or the internet cannot find it , please can some one help me i havent been on games for 5 days :(((
