" not allowed dial " Closed

Hello, 


Ihave SAME problem take a phone calls with China clone Iphone 3 g s.When i take a phonecalls Phone says " not allowed dial " What I do next ? Have any idea ? I need phones engineering mode code and how it works ? help me , Please !

Dear Sir, 

Please consider restoring your mobile phone to see whether the problem gets fixed. Basically it seems to be a network coverage problem, that is a physical problem and it might be that you need to send it to a Repair Shop.

my celphone  do the same "not allowed to dial: it said help please email me...
