I My name is Lucas from Ghana Have a same problem until now.. i didn't use my nokia 5130 c-2 mobile.
I tried several times by ....turn off my phone
take out memory card and Sim card
I press key 3 + green call key + *
turn on phone while pressing those keys And still didn't work for me is there any help else.
