Hello,
Try this 1.
Install the drivers for your webcam. You can download it from the
manufacture website. Click on the below link and follow the instructions.
http://support.acer.com/drivers_download.aspx
If you are using the Aspire one, then click on "Netbook" --> Aspire one -->
Select your model number.
Then select your "Operating System" from the drop-down menu --> Download
the webcam and chipset drivers.
The click on "Application" tab --> Download your compatible webcam application.
Note: First install the chipset drivers and then your webcam drivers.
