Hello,
Try reinstalling the drivers. You can download the drivers from the manufacture
website. Click on the below link and download the drivers.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/pfinder?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&tool=&query=dv2000
Double click on the "Laptop/Tablets/Notebooks" option or click on "+" ---> then
select your model ---> Click on "Software & Driver downloads" ---> Select your
"Operating System" and click on "Next" --> Double click on the "Driver-Network"
option or click on "+" and then download bluetooth drivers and install it.
