can i connect two pcs over the distance of 20 meter through ethernet cat5 crossover cable, and can i exchange data
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Yes you can mate,if the distance is too far and its not able for the connection then you will need to make use of a network repeater which will amplify the signal for long distances.

Hello,

Yes, you can. The limit for the Cat5 cable is 100 meters. If you exceed that limit 

then signal loss will occur.
