how do i play & rip CDs&DVDs when mach. won't Closed

Question

Hello, 

i'm guessing the info in the brackets is about my netbook,

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 533.4
i have a DVD/RW player to burn & play CDs/DVDs, but some
of my CDS will not rip. is there any way of fixing that?
also, how do i play my DVDs on this machine as well?
any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance.

Hi there,

To play dvd install a dvd player or codecs so that you can also play via windows media player:

The cd which is not able to be ripped may be damaged having scratches,this also can be repaired,solution on link below:
