Help i getting the blue screen

Hello,
i keep geting a blue screen and it says tht there is unmountable_boot_volume what does this mean?
i think i might need to reinstall the windows xp media center but i dnt know who to ? help its a dell dimension 5150 any help will be nice

Restart your machine hold ctrl+F11 until you get the dell restoration option from there you can reinstall your machine from early state.
