Msn Messagenger Not Working!Closed

Hello, 
My msn does not sign in it comes up a box saying some sort of error , then it say troubleshoot, retry or exit and then when i go on Hotmail.co.uk it won't let me sign into that too !! HELP MEEEEEE!


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Vicki, 

There should be some missing or corrupted files on it and hence you should it removed and reinstalled to get it working back properly.
