Hello,

Every so often my computer goes into 'sleep mode'. How do you get it out of sleep mode, without just shutting down computer! "HOW??" My computer is a HP Pavilion a6418f PC.

you should enable your key board to be the "wake up" so that you do not have to turn off then on your computer again. In doing this, you just have to press a button on your keyboard and your computer will wake up without all the shutting down business
1:go to your Control Panel, and click on Hardware and Sound
2:click the Hardware tab and then click Properties
3:click Change Settings; the same Keyboard Properties window opens with more of these tabs
4:click Power Management tab and make sure Allow This Device To Wake Up The Computer is selected
5:if it was not selected, select it, then test out the sleep mode and see if the computer wakes up with the keyboard
6: if it was already selected i suggest you go to this website and follow the steps after step 5
