Hello,
Try this 1.
Plug your pendrive --> Open "My Computer" --> Right-click on your pendrive -->
Select "Properties" --> Click on "Tools" tab--->Click on "Check Now" button.
In "Check Disk" window, select "Automatically fix system file error" and "Scan for
and attempt recovery of bad sectors" options and click on "Start" button.
